Welcome to OSCAC!

The Olin Student Circulating Art Collection (OSCAC) is a shared resource of student artwork that is available for students to display in their living space on campus during each academic year.

The collection invites a dialog about art between students and it provides a way to preserve the artistic work of our student community. The collection was established in 2017 with a set of thirty-five images. OSCAC doubled by 2019 and the current 2022 set includes well over two hundred images.

Olin students and Alumni submit digital images that are printed and distributed at the exhibition that takes place at the beginning of the fall semester. The artworks are returned at the end of spring semester and new works are added during the summer break.

In the fall of 2020, a virtual gallery was established in addition to the physical set of prints.

The collection is curated by Helen Donis-Keller, Professor of Biology and Art, and Michael E. Moody. Professor Donis-Keller established the OSCAC project under the sponsorship of the Michael E. Moody Professorship.
